More about me and my experience
I am living in Forres, Northern Scotland. I work as a doula, supporting women and their families before, during and beyond childbirth. I am so inspired by the women I meet and work with, witnessing their inner power and strength. Alongside. colleague we run doula preparation courses for others interested in being doulas. I also offer reflexology, including maternity reflexology and counselling sessions.
In the past I taught in primary, special and home education. I have a first class degree in Psychology as well as a certificate in counselling skills and have trained as a Facilitator with Openhand. I am a mentor with the Scottish Doula Network and a guide with Conscious Birthing. These supportive and nurturing communites add much richness to my life. My personal and spiritual journey has brought me to the place where I am blessed and honored to openheartedly support others and empower them to find their own way. I am grateful for the many wonderful friends, teachers and guides that have assisted me along my path.

I love spending time in nature and gardening. I enjoy being creative whether it be dancing, doing crafty stuff or taking photographs. I practise and teach Scaraveilli inspired yoga. I am enthusiastic about food and follow a compassionate and healthy plant-based diet. I receive nourishment, love and support from friends, family, fellow doulas and the women I connect with in circles.
