Birth Art and Bellycasting
Birth art can be done on an individual basis or in groups, it can be incorporated into a wider exploration session. Previous experience or artistic ability is not required, just a willingness to be open and free.
Belly casting is a fun and easy way of creating a memory keepsake of your pregnancy. It's great if your partner or a friend can be there to help and join in with the fun! The cost is £60 including equipment.
Henna and placenta prints are also a fun thing to do :)
